All our Helpers are Master’s in Psychology. They are additionally trained to listen & guide you in your times of stress over chat. They help you identify and prioritize concerns that might be troubling you.

As we are a remote or app-only platform, we are not able to assist you in case of thoughts of suicide or self-harm. You are advised to seek a professional or please contact the Crisis Helpline immediately.

Our Helpers can chat in English 24×7. Additionally, they can chat in the language they are comfortable in. We have Helpers who can speak in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Punjabi, Marathi. We are adding more languages as we grow. You mightn’t necessarily connect to a helper that speaks your language – but all Helpers understand Hindi and speak English.

We are a completely anonymous app and do not take any personal information from you. WE don’t share your information with any third party or marketing services either. You can read our Privacy Policy to know more.

Users are free to make a decision on how they want to get support and from whom.

 

Helpers are trained active listeners and emotional support providers. It’s a space for you to share your stress and concerns. Most times sharing helps you unburden and problem solve. If you feel that you need more than that, then you should connect to an Expert.

 

Also, if you want to connect to an Expert directly, you can through the Expert Panel on our app.

Even if you were to connect with a new Helper, they will not be able to read your chats with the previous Helper.

Start by having a normal conversation. You don’t have to immediately jump into what’s bothering you. You can take your time to build on it.

  • Go to the Footer navigation bar and select the “Expert” tab.
  • Select the Expert you want to connect with
  • Click on ‘Book Session’
  • You will receive the email and phone no. of the expert on email
  • Now you would coordinate with the expert off the app and set an appointment as per your requirements. Very soon, you will be able to schedule and also take audio / video Expert sessions right on our app.

Connect to the expert space. This is chargeable from the first session onwards.

No, you can always connect to any Helper on the app, even if you have availed Expert support.
